Job Description

Role Summary

The successful candidate will play a key role within our global team, which is responsible for SreeTech external global marketing & communications. You will be results-oriented, proactive with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work autonomously as well as part of a wider global team.
 

Responsibilities

    • 5+ years of experience as a DevOps Engineer.

    • Manage Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipeline.

    • Developing/Update automated scripts to optimize deployment will be one of the "Must-Task".

    • Develop/install/configure tools to monitor server status.

    • Perform root cause analysis for production errors.

    • Investigate and resolve technical issues.

    • Develop automated scripts to optimize deployment

    • Good to have Terraform/Ansible experience.

    • Design procedures for system troubleshooting and maintenance.

    • Understanding of emerging trends in cloud services across Private & public cloud solutions.

 

Requirements

    • Good knowledge of automation scripts (Bash/Shell).

    • Hands on experience in Azure IaaS/PaaS.

    • Hands on experience on Azure Cloud and DevOps Pipeline.

    • Expeince on Terraform/Ansible.

Role Summary

We are looking for a tech-savvy business development manager to assist with the selling of complex scientific and technological products or services. 

Responsibilities

  • 8+ Years’ experience in the technology industry.

  • Experience in securing new businesses at an annual run rate of 1-2 million USD.

  • The Business Development Manager responsibilities include maintaining extensive knowledge of the services' parts,functions, and processes and assisting to close sales where technical expertise may be required to fit the clients' needs.

  • To be successful as a business development manager, you should possess an indepth knowledge of our company's technical services and you should be able to  relate this knowledge in a way that is understandable to non-technical customers. 

  • You should be driven to achieve your sales goals and should have excellent sales and customer service skills.

  • Preparing and developing technical presentations to explain our company's services to customers.

  • Discussing equipment needs and system requirements with customers and engineers.

Requirements

   • Create new sales and marketing strategies that target B2B & B2C customers and positions our services as the best solutions for prospective clients.  
    
    • Generating high-quality sales leads, following up after initial contact, securing and renewing orders, negotiating prices, completing sales, and arranging deliveries.

    • Researching, developing and modifying services to meet customers' technical requirements and needs.

    • Helping customers who have problems with installed services and recommending improved or upgraded materials and machinery.

    • Soliciting and logging client feedback and evaluating the data to create new sales and marketing strategies to target customers.

    • Identifying areas for improvement and communicating these issues as well as possible solutions to upper management.

    • Setting and achieving sales goals and quotas.

    • Training other members of the sales team on the technical aspects of the company's services.

    • Experience in sales and the technology field.

An Engineering Manager is a professional who is responsible for planning and coordinating projects, as well as supervising multiple teams in the research of new products.

       • 3+ year in a team or technical leadership role managing people.

       • 4+ years’ experience in full stack development / network automation / process auto

       • Strong technical knowledge and hands-on development capability in multiple relevant.

       • Capabilities. (eg. Terraform, Puppet, Golang,NodeJS, Python or others as required by the squad)

       • Experience running a team responsible for high availability, high volume digital products.

       • Experience in change & incident management practices.

       • Proven skills creating a high-performance team.

       • Managing a team in a fast-changing environment with competing priorities.

       • Understanding of agile development best practices including Scrum and Lean methodologies.

       • Excellent communication skills.

Certification Preferred:

    • ServiceNow – Certified system administrator

     • ServiceNow- Certified Application Developer

     • Micro certifications – Flow designer, Service Portal

     • ITIL certification
